Background

Joe has been a member of New Hope Church since 2007, and he joined the staff as the facilities manager in November 2015. He’s had a varied background from his time in the Air Force and public safety, and his last role within the “big box retail” world reminded Joe how much he enjoys serving others. Joe is also an active volunteer leader for the high school youth group.

Responsibilities

Joe strives to make sure everything is ready with the building for any event happening at the church. This could include anything from snow removal, to chair setup, to regular cleaning. Joe couldn’t do his job without the help from his dedicated volunteers, and he appreciates them immensely.

Family

Joe’s wonderfully understanding wife is Julie, and they have a terrific daughter, Jessica, and an awesome son, Jake. As a family they like to joke that for them, normal is only a setting on the dishwasher.

Other Interests

Anytime he can spend with his family is a great time for Joe. Joe also enjoys running, travelling, and reading.
